"Weeeeeees" ....

Alivia has a routine when getting into the car. It's a little thing she likes to call "Weeeees." "Ok, Sweetie...good job. Now let's get into your carseat." -Me

"No, Mo Weeeees." -Her

It takes quite a bit of coaxing, but eventually we get there. Just have to make sure to leave with PLENTY of time to get where we are going!

Who could resist buying fresh eggs from this adorable group?! They may have made a killing that day (as in a lot of mulah)! The chicken may have had something to do with it. (Even if she only lasted about 10 min. in that costume.) She even helped make the sign:

Gavin: No, Mom, you are really good ... except it just makes people sick.

Gymnastics Recital...

Also Titled: "The Best Parents, Ever."

Brynlee and Kambria had a recital on Saturday. It was Brynlee's second recital, and Kambria's first one. My parents traveled ALL DAY Friday and got here Friday night. They went to the recital on Saturday morning, and then had to leave for home right after. It made the occasion that much more special since they made such a sacrifice to be here!

I really wasn't sure if Kambria would perform because she is so shy, but she did GREAT!

Brynlee also did an incredible job! Not at all shy to perform, and right on the money with every trick!

They are so proud of their trophies! ... I am SO PROUD of them!!!

I have a feeling these are some pretty proud Grandparents, as well!

She was "Lovely"...

Kambria was in a Kindergarten play called "Tacky, The Penguin." She played the part of "Lovely," the penguin.

She did such a great job!

Super Baby! ...

Our little Livi Joy had to get tubes in her ears after getting a 4th ear infection within the same 4-5 months. I know that this is a very common (and low risk) surgery, but I was still very nervous. She had this surgery 1 week after her 1st Birthday. She was one of the very first surgeries of the day because she is so young, so we were there bright and early. She enjoyed running around in the waiting room. When it came to going back to the O.R., I wasn't sure how she would be, since she isn't so fond of strangers. However, one of the nurses started playing peek-a-boo with her and she went right to her.It was hard waiting for her, but she was back in my arms within a half-hour or so. I thought she would be so tired and "recovering" all day, but she was Better Than Ever! Lots of energy, and SO happy! The surgery did immediate wonders! She came home and chased her big brother around and played.

Gavin taught her to play "Super Baby." Her shirt says "Super Patient."

Both are appropriate names for her. :)
